Refund policy

Automatic credit returns
If a generation fails or is blocked by safety review, the one credit used for that job is automatically returned to the same account. The return is idempotent: one failed job receives one credit back. This is a credit return, not an automatic refund to your payment method.
Payment refund requests
For duplicate payments, undelivered purchased credits, or a request to refund unused credits, contact contact@ozil-aigoal.com with your account email and order reference. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Do not send card details.
Completed videos
AI output can vary in likeness and motion. If a delivered video is technically defective, contact support with the video reference. We will review the job and help resolve the issue. Refunds to the original payment method, where approved, are processed through Creem.
